Cancellations & Returns
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellation Policy: Orders placed on Wollek Clothing can only be canceled before the product is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be allowed.
- How to Cancel: To cancel an order before it is dispatched, please contact us at info@wollekclothing.com with your order details as soon as possible. We will confirm if the cancellation is still possible and process your request.
RETURNS POLICY
- Return Eligibility: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on eligible items. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Return Window: You can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@wollekclothing.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once we receive the returned product and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after the product is received and approved.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons, such as:
- Custom-made products
- Sale or clearance items
- Undergarments or other intimate apparel
