Exchange Policy
At Wollek Clothing, we aim to provide the best shopping experience. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the steps outlined below:
EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Reorder the Product: To exchange a product, you will need to place a new order for the item you want to receive. Simply browse our store, select the desired product, and complete the purchase.
- Fill Out the Contact Form: Once you have placed your new order, please fill out our contact form with the details of your original purchase, including:
- Your original order number
- The product(s) you wish to exchange
- The new order number for the exchanged product(s)
- Return of Original Product: After submitting the contact form, we will review your request and guide you through the process of returning the original item if it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in our Returns Policy. The original item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE
- Exchanges are only allowed within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product to be exchanged must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items that are not eligible for exchange include custom-made products, sale or clearance items, and intimate apparel.
SHIPPING COSTS
- The cost of shipping for the exchange will be borne by the customer, unless the original product received was defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
